Any buildings either commercial industrial that were constructed or had major refurbishment between the 1950’s up til the late 1990’s’s are also likely to contain some type of asbestos containing material. Use of asbestos peaked in the 1960’s and early 1970’s. Premises built or refurbished during this time are the most likely to contain some form of asbestos.

We also carry out asbestos re-inspection surveys, which is when asbestos containing materials have been left in place because they are not deemed a health risk.
